Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
No, product prices are not inclusive of taxes! If you order goods that are shipped into the European Union, the taxes are added on prices on the checkout page.

Do I have to pay custom duties and taxes?

How quickly the shipment arrives?
Usually the shipment arrives in 4-8 business days after we have sent an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched your order to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). Naturally this depends on the destination country and how far it is from Finland.

Why haven't you sent my order yet?
You can be confident that we will do our best to send your order within the original dispatch estimate. Please take into account that the dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable!

Can I return my order?
Of course you can! You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please notice that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Your returned items will be refunded one day after we receive them.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage you paid to return your purchase, and nor will we refund the postage you paid to send the item originally. Before returning your purchase please contact our customer service and make sure it is ok to return the product or products.
